In the year 2020, We founded Srinithya Engineering Private Limited, a construction machinery manufacturer and supplier aimed at making potential Indian products go global. Our inspiring vision, perseverance, and technological innovation transformed us from a startup to a level player in the light construction equipment segment.
I have been in the marketing of construction machinery products for various Multinational Companies for more than a decade. In this long time, I have noticed a huge gap between the potential products of local manufacturers and customers. So I felt the benefits of bridging this gap are multifold. The customers can cut down their costs many times, Local manufacturers can compete with leading companies, and Employment opportunities for local youth may galore, We can foster Innovation and technology-driven solutions.
Initially, We faced Major Challenges from securing funds, Lacking quality certifications and assurances on products, being In need of professional promoters, Inefficient after-sales management teams, Failing to provide time-bound services and Logistics management.

Inspired by these words, Despite hurdles We have collaborated and forged strategic partnerships with various stakeholders, such as raw material suppliers, other manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers. These collaborations not only provided the startup with valuable resources and access to a broader customer base but also successful in delivering a seamless flow of goods from us and other manufacturers of local potential products to the point of consumption by adding our Quality assurances, Time bound services and Fallback systems for handling unexpected situations.
Today, our products and services are used by leading builders across the country. It has significantly reduced the cost of products, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced overall productivity which resulted in almost 100% growth of sales every year from the year of inception.
