To innovate customized machinery and ensure that the quality products of other manufacturers gain equitable access to consumers. We achieve this by providing time-bound services, strong quality assurance, and reliable logistics — creating a well-deserved space for Indian products in a market dominated by multinational companies.
In 2020, we founded Srinithya Engineering Private Limited, a construction machinery manufacturer and supplier with the vision of taking potential Indian products to global markets. Through our inspiring vision, perseverance, and technological innovation, we have grown from a startup into a key player in the light construction equipment segment.
Having worked in the marketing of construction machinery for various multinational companies for more than a decade, I observed a significant gap between the potential of local manufacturers and customer needs. I realized that bridging this gap could create multiple benefits — enabling customers to reduce costs substantially, empowering local manufacturers to compete with leading companies, generating employment opportunities for local youth, and fostering innovation and technology-driven solutions.
In the early stages, we faced major challenges such as securing funds, obtaining quality certifications, finding professional promoters, managing after-sales service, ensuring time-bound deliveries, and building efficient logistics systems.

Inspired by these words, we overcame hurdles by collaborating and forging strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including raw material suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and customers. These collaborations provided valuable resources, expanded our customer base, and enabled us to ensure a seamless flow of goods from local manufacturers to end-users — enhanced by our quality assurances, time-bound services, and fallback systems to handle unexpected situations.
Today, our products and services are trusted by leading builders across the country. We have successfully reduced costs, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced overall productivity. This has resulted in consistent growth — almost doubling our sales every year since inception. Our success story is not just about building a profitable business but also about making a meaningful impact on all stakeholders in the light construction machinery industry.
